We’ve traveled over and under the Mackinac bridge in recent years. The exhilarating feeling of going fast under the bridge by boat will stay with me forever, but the images captured while driving over it are definitely grand! More on this subject coming soon.

  1. Both of us found the Mackinac Bridge significant enough to post about. I am so privileged to have experienced this engineering marvel in 2014. It was my dream to visit the Upper Peninsula and St. Ignace did not disappoint. I only wish time would have allowed us to travel further north and see more of UP

  2. I’ve driven over this bridge once during our coast-to-coast trip 10 years ago. It was lovely. Bridges are something special. I love to drive over the Golden Gate Bridge, and even though I’ve done that so many times I still get goosebumps.
