Michigan Summertime is way too short. We always look forward to our warm season, and try to extend it as long as possible, by visiting one our favorite places on Lake Michigan.

Fish Town is in Leland, Michigan. A fun place to visit with it’s charming village bursting with energy from retail shanties, fishing tug boats, tourists in boats, and well, fish. You’ll find this an unforgettable, beautiful place that will never leave your heart, once it has hooked it. Historic Fish Town is one of the few commercial fishing villages on the Great Lakes, located on the Leland River, and near Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.
My artwork depicts the village with a modern retro vibe with a mix of 1960’s atomic design style. The pattern design can be printed on a variety of products. The tiny bow tie in a satin fabric would be a a fun statement piece for a ring bearer at a Lakefront wedding!
